The available options and variables to complete your project make it difficult to provide a meaningful generic price table. Here are a few things which can affect the ultimate cost of your project.
QUANTITY
Quantity is King. This may be the factor which has the most influence on the ultimate cost of a project. So many of the expenses related to completing a project can be fixed, upfront costs. The larger your order is, the thinner we can spread these fixed costs. It's not uncommon for us on larger projects (100+) to get price per t-shirt down to $6 or $7 per piece.
GARMENT QUALITY
Many internet t-shirt websites us this variable to keep their pricing down. It is ultimately up to you when you open your boxes if the lowest price option was truly the best "value option". We have hand picked a group of "Standard Apparel" items which are sure to please. Your second, third and forth orders are more important to us than your first!
GARMENT COLOR AND SIZE
Generally, white apparel items are slightly less expensive dark colors. We also find that adult sizes tend to be less expensive than youth sizes. Additionally, adult sizes S - XL tend to be priced the same. Sizes 2X - 6X each receive an up charge.
ARTWORK
Supplying your production ready artwork is a plus. Don't let this worry you if need assistance with your artwork. Our design team will put the finishing touches on your existing artwork, or, will start with you from scratch. Other options are our stock designs, or the Easy Print templates accessible through the link on the left. The Easy Print templates are customizable and can be very cost effective.
SIZE OF ARTWORK
The size of your design can also affect pricing. A 4x4 left chest logo will usually be less expensive than a full chest or back design.
# OF PLACEMENT LOCATIONS
A single garment can include several design locations. Some of the common locations are Left Chest, Full Front, Full Back, Upper Sleeve, Full Sleeve (Vertical), Full Pant Lag (Vertical). Each location will require a separate screen or press operation.
# OF COLORS IN ARTWORK
Designs can range from a single color (white counts as a color) to a full color digital imprint. Generally, designs with one color are less costly than full color designs. There can be some exceptions to this rule.
INK (DECORATION) TYPE
Fashion Inks and films will add to the cost of your design. For as little as $1 per image, we can add fashion effects to your artwork. Choose from Glitter, Pearl, Puff, Metallic, Glow-in-the dark and more to give your design that one of a kind look.
